Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. During campaigns and peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times:
- Finland: 2–5 business days
- EU: 3–10 business days
- Other countries: 5–15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.
Shipping costs
Shipping within Finland is free on orders over €70. Free shipping does not apply to supermoto wheels: wheel shipping within Finland is €24.90, and other items in the same order ship with the wheels at no extra cost.
Otherwise, shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the order and the delivery address. The final shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Shipment tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email so you can follow your parcel.
Delivery problems
If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Incorrect delivery address
The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect address.
Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge for the costs of re-sending it.
