General
These terms of service apply to the use of the SturdyRacing online store and to orders placed in it. By placing an order you accept these terms. We reserve the right to change the terms without separate notice.

Prices and payment
All prices are in euros (€) and include value added tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices and to correct any incorrect price information.
Payment is made using the payment methods offered by the Shopify platform (e.g. card payment, online banking, mobile payments).
Delivery
Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Orders over €70 ship free within Finland (excludes supermoto wheels). We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or other reasons beyond our control.
Returns
Our return policy can be found on a separate page. In short:
- 14-day right of return
- The customer pays the return shipping costs
Limitation of liability
SturdyRacing is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of the online store or its products, unless mandatory legislation provides otherwise.
Product information
We aim to present our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all product images exactly match the actual product (e.g. colour differences depending on your screen).
Intellectual property
All website content (texts, images, logos, graphics) is the property of SturdyRacing or licensed material and may not be used without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation.
